The Mid Atlantic African Violet Society (MAAVS)

The Mid Atlantic African Violet Society is a regional AVSA affiliate that hosts an annual convention and consists of a range of local African Violet clubs roughly located on the East Coast. Even though the official title is "Mid Atlantic", this society has a range of membership extending from Florida to Canada and Westward to Texas and Nebraska and beyond. To use a Ted Turner inspired phrase, MAAVS is the Nations regional African Violet Society.
